At PKR Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom invitations, stationery, and gifts. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve any issues. We offer returns and exchanges for items that are damaged or defective. Please note that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take some time to process, depending on your payment provider's policies.
